Simple Future Sub + Shall/will + V1 + Obj Obj + Shall/will + be + V3 + by + Sub
Modal Sub + Model + V1 + Obj Obj + Model + be + V3 + by + Sub

Example

Active: Shilpa plays Hockey.
Passive: Hockey is played by Shilpa.
Active: I will not tolerate Injustice.
Passive: Injustice will not be tolerated by me.

Example

Active: They are laughing at you.
Passive: You are being laughed at by them.
Active: You were not taking the exam seriously.
Passive: The exam was not being taken seriously by you.
